Job Description: a growing medical device organization is looking for a skilled and proactive Contract Recruiter to join the team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Sales, R&D, IT, Finance, and HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, as well as partnering with hiring managers and external agencies to fulfill staffing needs. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to finding the best talent in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, networking, and recruiting agencies to identify and attract top candidates across Sales, R&D, IT, Finance, and HR functions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit with company culture.
- Candidate Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to meet department-specific needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Agency Partnerships: Partner with recruitment agencies and external vendors to source talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s hiring needs and culture.
- Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless offer acceptance and onboarding process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices within the medical device industry
